Breast Lift Surgery

A breast lift, also called a mastopexy, can restore a womans breasts to the size and shape she once had. The influence of pregnancy and nursing or the force of gravity can cause a womans breasts to lose its firmness and youthful shape. In addition, as we age, our skin loses its elasticity and this can also contribute to the loss of a more desirable breast shape.

The breast lift surgery does not include breast implants. However, sometimes Dr. Hynes may recommend adding breast implants with the mastopexy to restore volume to the breasts, resulting in a beautiful size and shape to your breasts.

We have had many gratified patients who have had Breast Lift surgery.  These women were no longer nursing their children and they had decided not to have any more pregnancies.  The typical Breast Lift patient has adequate breast tissue but her breasts have lost their fullness and shape. Following their Breast Lift surgery, the patients are now thrilled with the fullness of their breasts and they feel their breasts match the rest of their bodies which still are fit and youthful.
