Dr. Hynes graduated with honors from the University of Dayton, Ohio and was awarded his Medical Degree from St. Louis University School of Medicine in St. Louis, Missouri. Dr. Hynes completed his eight years of residency training programs in General Surgery and Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University Of Pittsburgh School Of Medicine in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
