Spectacular, it's a word you don't hear very often. It's the word Dr. Hynes used when he was telling me what to expect as the results of mastopexy and tummy tuck. I did some searching and research on my own--most through the internet. I saw a couple of other surgeons before I met Dr. Hynes. Two big keys for me were that his office, staff and his attitude were different than what I'd seen, and that he operated at Saint Joseph Medical Center, which was a comfort for myself and my husband. The moment I walked into his office I felt like his whole staff really cared about me, my results and my overall care.

At age 32 I have had 3 babes, two were 9 pounds. I am 5 feet tall. I decided to lose the extra weight and noticed the more I lost the more my breast and belly sagged. Then, I found out I had cervical cancer and a hysterectomy was needed. So, Dr. Hynes' staff really helped me find an ob/gyn at Saint Joseph that could see me and do the hysterectomy on the same morning as my tummy tuck and breast lift. "Wow! You and your staff really went beyond what you expect."

I had all 3 surgeries done and have NEVER been happier with my body. I enjoy clothes shopping now. I am not limited to what style I can wear. It's such a feeling of freedom: No more control top anything.

I feel Dr. Hynes is not just a skilled surgeon but an artist. I have seen photos of other women's breast after their mastopexy and every time I compare them, I am so glad I found and chose Dr. Hynes. I swear my breasts look better than I ever remember them looking. The tummy is great. I was so shocked to see my own ab muscles, they were just hidden under all that loose skin. Dr. Hynes gave me back to myself. I know the surgery is a considerable expense, but I believe sometimes the best investment you can make is in yourself. The surgery didn't change me or who I am...it's me only better. Which is SPECTACULAR!

This has been such an answer to prayer. I have been praying for years that the hair on my face would go away, and now it is! I have had to live with this all of my adult life. In high school, I started noticing more hair and in college is when it started affecting my self-esteem. I was in the Army for four and a half years. I don't have to hide the bottom half of my face or turn away when he tries to talk to me close up anymore. I cannot remember if my husband and I have ever sat and looked into each other’s eyes in full day light.So now, in a month I can actually talk to my husband with all of the lights on and not be across the room from him.
